To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrabASteal.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Our total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months, if any.

Unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact legal@grabasteal.com so both parties can attempt a good-faith resolution.
